This 1980s split-level home offered a solid foundation but required a more functional, family-centered layout. The entry was expanded to create a welcoming and practical arrival experience, while updated steel and wood railings replaced enclosed elements to open up sightlines and allow natural light to flow throughout the home.
The kitchen was reimagined as part of a spacious great room, improving circulation and creating a layout tailored to the homeowner’s passion for baking. The main level was thoughtfully reconfigured to enhance the children’s bedrooms, upgrade the guest bathroom, and introduce a well-appointed primary suite complete with a walk-in shower, soaking tub, and private toilet room.
The basement was also refreshed with an open layout designed to support both relaxation and play. The result is a cohesive, modernized home that feels open, connected, and well-suited for everyday living.
