We are an Architecture firm who has worked with Woodmark Homes on several home remodels of various sizes (from smaller kitchen projects to whole house remodels). Their team is outstanding to work with. They provide a very rare combination of excellent customer service, accurate and clear estimating, and outstanding problem solving. We completely gutted an original bathroom in a house built in the 1920's. The bathroom was remodeled with a new tile floor, drywall ceiling and walls, new plumbing fixtures (including pedestal sink, tub, and toilet), tiled walls around the shower, a new bathroom exhaust fan, and the existing original window was replaced with an energy-efficient double-pane window. In the kitchen, the existing laminate countertop was replaced with a solid surface quartz countertop, a new under-mount sink was plumbed, and a backsplash was added. The existing plaster kitchen ceiling was removed, and a new drywall ceiling was added with recessed lighting and a pendant fixture over the sink. Jeff was easy-going and fun to work with. He gave good design advice when asked, but left most of the decisions up to us. The project started as a bathroom remodel, but Jeff & Mark did a great job, so we added a few small projects in the Kitchen. Everything turned out great, and we would definitely hire Woodmark Homes again.

I called Jeff after receiving a referral and he showed up the same day to give us a bid on several tile projects we had going in an extensive remodel of our home. Our tile contractor, Tim, was prompt, clean, and did beautiful work. They were also very flexible in working with our tight construction schedule, often having to work around other contractors on the project. Additionally, Jeff showed up each day to check the work and make sure things were moving along as they should. I would not hesitate to use Jeff again or to recommend Woodmark Homes to friends, family, or clients.

Jeff & Mark did a complete remodel of our house down to the studs. Jeff provided us with a detailed outline of the process and walked us through every step of the multi-month project. Mark was amazing at helping troubleshoot any issues that came up, along with giving advice when we had to make decisions. In the end, the project was on time, on budget, and the quality was excellent. After moving in, a few minor things came up, and Mark and Jeff came out right away and made sure they were fixed.

Woodmark Homes repaired water damage in my bathroom and tiled the tub and floors. They did a very good job. Everyone who came worked efficiently, and the work was done in a reasonable amount of time. They had the best bid also. I would hire them again.
