This classic Lake Haller cottage featured an underutilized attic space that lacked both function and flow for the new homeowners. Through thoughtful design and a carefully integrated dormer addition, the space was transformed into a bright and inviting primary suite, complete with a walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom.
The existing galley kitchen was also reimagined into a light-filled, timeless cottage kitchen. Custom cabinetry was designed to maximize every inch of the compact footprint, creating a layout that feels both efficient and open. The result is a cohesive renovation that preserves the home’s original charm while introducing modern comfort, improved functionality, and long-term livability.
