Project Description
This was a major upgrade to a traditional Split-Level home. When we were introduced to this project we could see that the homeowners had put some time and thought into the vision for their new home. Their dream was to open up the space, add a third story with a rooftop deck and penthouse kitchen and take advantage of the incredible view that Magnolia has to offer. The addition and whole house remodel transformed the space, both inside and out, into a new Modern Style home made for family and entertaining. Steel, concrete and finished wood elements added throughout the house really highlighted the modern feel of the beautiful white interior. New, Modern, Fresh and Fun this house is ready for hosting rooftop parties in a wonderful neighborhood.
